By using the Circles mobile application, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Circles is a platform that facilitates Rotating Savings and Credit Associations (ROSCAs), commonly known as "Gamma'ya". Circles is a management tool and does not act as a financial intermediary or guarantor for funds.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information, including your phone number and payout details.

• Users are responsible for fulfilling their payment commitments within their respective circles.

• Circles is not responsible for any disputes between members regarding payments or payouts.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features (e.g., joining unlimited circles) require an auto-renewable subscription.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of the app is also governed by the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple EULA Link

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
