At Circles, your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

• Phone Number: Collected for authentication (via OTP) and to manage your payout methods.

• Contacts: With your explicit permission, we upload your contact list (phone numbers and names) to our secure server. This allows you to find friends already using the app and to invite others to join your circles.

• Payout Details: We collect information required for your chosen payout method (e.g., Vodafone Cash number, Instapay handles, or Bank details) to facilitate circle payouts.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Service Functionality: To create and manage your "Gamma'ya" (savings circles).

• Notifications: To send you updates about circle milestones and payment reminders.

• Friend Connection: To show you which of your contacts are on the platform.

3. Data Sharing & Tracking

• No Third-Party Tracking: We do not share your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers for tracking purposes.

• App Security: We use standard industry practices to secure your data on our backend (Supabase).

4. Your Rights

You can request to delete your account and all associated data at any time via the "Delete Account" option in the Profile settings.
